LEAP Leadership Course
We help leaders in library consortia, higher ed service organizations, and nonprofits to develop leadership behaviors and deepen their understanding of how humans connect to help make their organizations safe, creative, thriving spaces where all team members can reach their potential. Leadership coaching is an integral piece of this course.
Leadership Coaching
Our leadership coaching program is based in the Immunity to Change framework, which stems from adult learning theory and was developed at Harvard. Our coaching is an integral part of our leadership development courses as well as stand-alone engagements that help leaders at all levels of an organization overcome their greatest worries, expand confidence, and work on a human-to-human level with their teams.
